  Can Chiropractic Help You?

On you first visit to our office that's exactly what we want to figure out. We will do our best to not only determine if your spine is causing you a problem but also if chiropractic care is right for you.
After taking your health history and reviewing important aspects of your daily activities (work ergonomic, exercise habits …etc.) we will conduct our high tech examination.
Our examination combines the latest computerized evaluations of your posture, muscle tension and nerve function with traditional medical testing of joints and nerves to determine if your spine is injured and malfunctioning.

  Your Report of Findings:

This one on one appointment with Dr. Cresanti starts with a review of your x-rays, computerized posture, muscle and nerve tests so you understand where the problems are. In your new patient packet you will receive copies of the computerized tests as well as ergonomic, exercise, nutrition and at home back care tips.
After we understand the scope of your particular spine problem Dr. Cresanti will be able to recommend what types of care will help you feel better and correct your problem as well.

  Corrective Care:

Our posture correction care technique is called Chiropractic Bio Physics (CBP). Founded by Dr. Don Harrison, CBP applies engineering laws and principles to correcting posture and normalizing spinal function. Our corrective methods utilize chiropractic adjustments, specific exercises and curve restoring traction techniques. Dr. Cresanti is a Certified Fellow of CBP, one of about 20 in the State of Washington.
”It has been my clinical experience that without correcting the structural problems in the spine, a patients symptoms can come and go, all the while joint degeneration, disc decay (arthritis), postural problems, and soft tissue weakening tends to persist, ultimately decreasing the health and happiness of the individual.”- Dr. Cresanti

  Massage Therapy Onsite:

Our massage therapist Brittany Johnson is awesome!  Adding a massage either before or after your chiropractic visit can really help you feel better by loosening up your tight and tense muscles. Massage has many health benefits from pain and stress relief to promotion of better circulation, which can speed your healing process. Massage is covered by many insurance companies- we'd be glad to check your benefits on your next visit!

From Patient to Doctor... My Story:

I became a chiropractor after experiencing dramatic health improvements as a patient. I had developed asthma shortly after a minor neck and upper back strain from playing football in high school.
Over the course of a couple of years my condition worsened to the point of having to use two different inhalers and medication as many as nine times a day to control my symptoms. At the same time I was on my college’s track and rugby team. I was in great shape, but I was not healthy.
My condition continued to worsen until I decided to try something different.
The day I met my chiropractor at the health club I was working at, literally changed my life. While under chiropractic care, I experienced a gradual decrease in my dependence to my inhalers while my posture and spinal function improved. After a year of care I found that I didn’t need my inhaler anymore!
After being so dependent on the mediations I would not have believed it unless I had actually lived it! Not every patient experiences these kinds of results, but you’ll never know unless you try!
I’m looking forward to meeting you personally.
